These Terms of Service (referred to herein as 'Terms') govern your access to and use of our website, our online and in-store sales of fishing gear and outdoor equipment, our custom tackle rigging and repair services, and our guided fishing tours. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. We encourage you to read these Terms carefully.

Whether online or in-store, your purchase at TideStone Outfitters is straightforward. For online orders, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the simple steps for shipping and payment. In-store purchases are processed directly by our knowledgeable staff.

All sales are subject to stock availability.

Payment Method Acceptance

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and e-transfers for online purchases. In-store, we also accept cash. All payments are processed securely, adhering to PCI DSS compliance standards to protect your financial information.

While we strive for complete accuracy in pricing, occasional errors may occur. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Upon successful order placement, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. We will notify you once your order has shipped.

Your satisfaction is our priority. TideStone Outfitters stands behind the quality of our products with clear warranty and return guidelines.

Product Warranty Coverage:

Many of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Details for specific product warranties are typically provided with the item or can be found on the manufacturer's website. TideStone Outfitters will assist you with warranty claims where applicable, acting as a liaison between you and the manufacturer.

Return & Exchange Policy:

New, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items beyond this period or not in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once the defect is confirmed. Photographic evidence may be required.

Custom & Special Orders:

Custom-rigged tackle or specially ordered items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production or ordering has commenced, unless due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We will discuss specific terms for such orders at the time of purchase.

Guided Tours & Service Terms

Our guided fishing tours and repair services are designed to offer exceptional experiences. These terms ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable adventure for all participants.

Tour Booking & Cancellation

Guided tours require advance booking with a deposit. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the tour date will receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit the deposit. No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.

Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine, unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the guide (e.g., severe thunderstorms, high winds). In case of cancellation due to unsafe weather, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.

Equipment Rental & Liability

Rental equipment for tours is provided and must be used responsibly. Damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear due to negligence or misuse may incur charges. Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to the tour.

Repair Service Terms

Rod and reel repair services are subject to an assessment fee, which is credited towards the repair cost. Estimated completion timelines will be provided upon assessment. We guarantee our repair workmanship for 90 days following completion, excluding issues arising from misuse or further damage.
